The Stimuplex Dig RC peripheral nerve stimulator from B. Braun Medical. It has set the pace for peripheral nerve stimulator functionality for over 10 years.
NEW! Remote Control Unit
What makes the Stimuplex Dig RC unique? It has always been a dedicated peripheral nerve stimulator, built specifically to enhance your technique and increase success in peripheral nerve blockade of the upper and lower extremities. And, the Stimuplex Dig from B. Braun has always been part of a system approach to peripheral nerve blocks when used with the insulated A Series needles. Simply put: Stimuplex Dig RC is more ergonomically efficient and consistent than the practice of using non-insulated needles, connected by bulky alligator clip leads to a high current range nerve stimulator with limited settings and functionality for nerve location.
The Stimuplex Dig RC has always offered advanced features such as:
The integrated electrode cable (pictured above left) in the newest Stimuplex Dig RC offers greater stability and better protection against damage. Its design also helps to avoid inadvertant mix-ups with other cables, or loss of the cable.
To protect your investment in the Stimuplex Dig, B. Braun now offers the Stimu-PLUS Annual Maintenance Program. For more details, click here>>.
The Stimuplex system is completed by using insulated, atraumatic short bevel needles from B. Braun (pictured above right).

The special short bevel of the needles glides smoothly through all tissue layers and easily identifies the perivascular space by a distinct "click". The pre-attached extension tubing allows for aspiration and injection while maintaining an "immobile needle" technique.
