of a facility's utilization and application of selected products/procedures in

potential areas for increasing efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Improve
patient and practitioner safety
- Enhance
standardization of practice and product mix
- Improve
patient outcomes
- Provide
opportunity for facility staff to provide input regarding products used
- Educate
as needed regarding products and applications

facility in analyzing the utilization of current products/procedures through the
