Internship Program

B. Braun's Internship Program is designed to provide College and University enrolled or recently graduated students with a meaningful experience within the Life Sciences industry

The students are given an opportunity to gain a valuable corporate or operations learning experience through a finite project determined by each department.

Projects vary for each intern assignment depending on the needs of the department and each will provide the intern with both a meaningful and relevant work experience.

Internships are a minimum of a ten to twelve week commitment.

A mentor will be assigned to each intern to help guide them through their experience.

Interns will be asked to conduct a presentation to their department outlining their internship experience.

CDRP Program

The Career Development Rotational Program is a full time, entry-level development program designed to serve as an entry point to a career at B. Braun Medical Inc. We are seeking recent college graduates who have obtained their degree within the last 12 months.

The CDRP is a commitment to engage high potential college graduates in a two year rotational assignment in the United States with B. Braun Medical.

The goal of the program is to attract the Best and Brightest recent college graduates who have demonstrated Leadership Abilities through superior academic performance, extracurricular activities and relevant internship work experience. The program offers customized assignments to promising graduates in an effort to give them a view of the entire business and to provide an opportunity for the graduates to gain professional experience.

Criteria for the Program: To be considered for the program, candidates must have:

  • Minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Graduated within 12 months
  • Exhibited leadership roles in extracurricular activities

Sales Associate Program

The Sales Associate Program is a full time, entry-level development program designed to serve as an entry point to a career in Sales at B. Braun Medical Inc. We will provide rigorous, comprehensive, hands on training for up to 24 months. At the conclusion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to be placed in a Sales role in a dedicated geography

Program participants will have exposure to the many different elements of Sales, while learning B. Braun's processes to achieve success. There are endless opportunities to build networks, develop strong relationships, and gain credible work experience. This program enables growth and development across the Sales organization, with structured mentoring from senior account managers. 

We are seeking highly motivated, career driven individuals interested in entering the medical sales industry. This position would assist the field sales representatives and region managers’ efforts to maintain and increase B. Braun sales in the assigned geography.

Criteria for the Program: To be considered for the program, candidates must have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the US
