30 Years of Experience
Stephanie leads the Strategic Program and Innovation Team. Her 30 years of healthcare experience helps to guide program and technology development decision-making. Her experience includes pediatric nursing, vascular access, innovation, healthcare leadership, product development and medical device marketing. She has authored multiple publications, was named the Janet Pettit Scholar for Pediatric Vascular Access in 2017, and the 2022 recipient of the Suzanne Herbst Award, the highest honor for outstanding contributions to the art and science of vascular access. While practicing as a nurse, she developed a product to improve the insertion of central catheters into babies. The device is sold globally today. Stephanie received her Doctorate of Nursing degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. A well-organized, passionate and driven senior marketing coordinator, Krista has been with B Braun Medical for ten years. Highly experienced with coordinating and administration, she is currently overseeing a variety of different marketing activities, such as team interactions with innovators, data tracking and analysis, strategy discussions, travel, legal and financial processes and supporting overall company marketing goals. Anup has over 20 years of proven success in the global medical device industry. His experience includes all stages of research and development, with research experience spanning bench top research studies to large animal models and development experience ranging from concept to commercialization. As a part of the Innovation Team, he focuses on the discovery, technical assessment and development of medical devices. Jonathan brings more than 15 years of experience from both the contract customer manufacturing business in medical device and pharma, as well as IV product marketing while working at both B. Braun in North America and internationally. He has significant technical knowledge across B. Braun’s broad therapy focus areas, as well as our global operations network and is excited about injecting new technology and ideas into our portfolio to help protect and improve the lives of the patients we serve. He will be focused on building new alliances and strengthening current partnerships alongside the Innovation Team.
45 Years of Experience
Darcy’s background as a RN includes leadership, clinical practice, research and education in the specialty of vascular access and infusion therapy. Over the past two decades, she has led a vascular access team and has held leadership positions with the Association for Vascular Access. Darcy is widely published in the field of neonatal and pediatric vascular access. She was the recipient of the 2003 Suzanne LaVere Herbst Award which recognizes outstanding contributions to the art and science of vascular access. With over 20 years of product development experience, Scott has the expertise to help drive ideas from conception through commercialization. Scott leads a team of experienced engineers with a vast knowledge of both product design and manufacturing of disposable medical devices. Scott's team has the ability to quickly design, prototype and test your ideas so that you can get to market in the most efficient manner possible. Jim started his professional career with B. Braun Medical over seven years ago as an engineer in the Career Development Rotational Program. In that program, he gained experience in innovation R&D, change management, industrial engineering, and process engineering. After nearly two years in that program, Jim started a permanent position in the Innovation R&D group. His responsibilities involved product design for large-scale manufacturing, intellectual property analysis, product testing, and rapid prototyping. As a collaborating team player, Quinn has been working closely with multiple functional groups and teams in bringing many injectable drugs opportunities to the company. With 16 years of cGMP pharmaceutical experience and knowledge of FDA filing, USP and ICH guidance, she has been actively involved in innovation and development of more than 20 small molecule drug products. A software developer with over 25 years of experience in the software industry, John has designed and developed software for various industries including automation, process control, wireless communication and the medical industries. As part of the software development team at B. Braun, John is one of the core developers of the DoseTrac® Infusion Management Software.
