Visibility without compromise
Stimuplex® Ultra 360® and Ultraplex 360® Needles feature B. Braun’s echogenic 360° X-pattern. The ‘X’ is a unique shape which, when combined with a clear coating, is intended to reflect more ultrasound waves back to the probe than previous designs.5 These needles are designed to provide visibility without compromising puncture characteristics, featuring the same 30° bevel found on other market-leading1 Stimuplex Needles.
Design benefits:
- Better Echogenicity — X-pattern and clear coating result in better ultrasound visualization and tip identification5
- 360° Visibility — 360° markings designed for ultrasound visibility from all sides
- 30° Back-Cut Bevel — Designed for consistent puncture and feel
- Short-short-long pattern — Helps to enable distinction between the needle tip and the upper needle shaft
